Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?
We currently only ship within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are €5.95. Shipping is free for orders over €60. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
What happens if I'm not home when the delivery is made?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice. You can then collect the shipment at the nearest pickup location or from a neighbor.
Return & Refund
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
How do I get my refund?
Once we have inspected your return, a refund will be processed using your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Who bears the return costs?
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, except in the case of faulty or damaged products.
Product authenticity & brand
Are the products on Lattafa Europe genuine?
Yes. We are the official main distributor of Lattafa in Europe. All products are 100% original and come directly from the brand.
Are these test products or used goods?
No. All our perfumes are new, in their original packaging, and sealed.
Order & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can be made as long as the order hasn't been shipped.
