Cancellation policy (updated)

IMPORTANT: Opened perfumes are non-returnable.

For hygiene reasons , opened perfumes – i.e., products whose original foil or seal has been removed – cannot be returned or refunded .
This also applies if the customer simply no longer wants the product or has changed their mind.

(Legally correct according to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB.)


Shipping costs in case of return

🟡 1. If the product was delivered correctly and the customer no longer wants it:

The customer bears the return shipping costs.
This applies in all cases where the customer merely exercises their right of withdrawal or changes their mind.


2. If the product was faulty, damaged, or delivered incorrectly:

We cover all return shipping costs.
In this case, customers will either receive:

  • a replacement product or

  • A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods.


Right of withdrawal (unchanged)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after receipt and inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method .

  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the error is ours (defective / wrong product).


Summary

Opened perfume = no return, no refund
Customer pays return shipping if they simply change their mind
We pay for return shipping if the product is incorrect or defective.
